Trecho do artigo: "September 23^rd, 2021 will be the twenty-fifth anniversary of the enactment of the Brazilian Arbitration Act (“BAA”). Since its enactment, arbitration has slowly, but surely advanced in Brazil, having been used more frequently after the Supreme Court of Brazil (“STF”) declared its constitutionality in 2001. Furthermore, on the following year, Brazil ratified the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of June 10^th, 1958, which definitively placed Brazil in the context of international commercial arbitration, ensuring credibility and reliability of the institute before the foreign public."
