Abstract: Arbitration, which has become the preferred method to resolve international disputes in most countries, can be found in different megaprojects, where the governing law of the main contract is usually selected to govern the arbitration process, as suggested by institutional rules such as the ICC. However, in some megaprojects the law of a different country has been selected to govern the process. This study is divided into two different parts with the aim to illustrate the impact of different jurisdictions in the outcomes of megaproject claims through a multiple case study approach.
